Milenis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing oversight for our non-medical home care services throughout Stuart and Martin County.
Milenis provides personalized non-medical home care for adults and seniors, children, postpartum mothers, and families who want support in the comfort of their homes.
This is an assessment, oversight, and supervisory role—not a skilled home-health nursing position.
Compensation
- Initial Client Assessment: $75/visit
- Routine Supervisory Visit: $50/visit
- Client Reassessment: $60/visit
- Pediatric/Postpartum Assessment: $75/visit
- Urgent Same-Day Supervisory Visit: $85/visit
- Approved caregiver training and administrative work paid separately
- Biweekly pay
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments
- Develop and update non-medical plans of care
- Perform caregiver supervisory visits
- Conduct client reassessments as needed
- Evaluate client needs within Milenis' non-medical scope
- Provide oversight, education, and guidance to caregivers
- Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and competency
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and management
- Identify changes that may require referral to the client's healthcare provider
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Home care, geriatrics, pediatrics, postpartum, community health, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling throughout Martin County
Schedule
PRN / Per Diem
Visits are scheduled according to client and supervisory needs, with opportunities for additional visits as our Martin County client base grows.
